Depending on the use of the website, we process in particular

4. hosting, log files and security
4.1 Hosting
Our website is operated by a hosting provider. When you visit the website, technical data (in particular IP address, date/time, pages accessed, browser/device) are processed in server log files. This is necessary to provide, stabilize and secure the website.
4.2 Cloudflare (CDN / Cache / Security)
We use Cloudflare to deliver content faster (caching/CDN) and to protect the website from attacks. Cloudflare can process technical data such as IP addresses as well as security and performance data.
4.3 Wordfence Security
We use Wordfence to secure the website. Wordfence can process IP addresses, access attempts and security-related events, to detect and prevent attacks.
4.4 ManageWP
We use ManageWP for technical administration (e.g. updates/monitoring). This may involve processing technical information about the website and - depending on the function log data can be processed.
5. communication, forms and appointment booking
5.1 Forms (JetFormBuilder)
If you contact us via forms, we process the data you enter (e.g. name, e-mail, telephone number, message), to answer and process your request.
5.2 Appointment booking (Jet Appointments Booking)
When you book an appointment, we process the information required for planning (e.g. contact and appointment details and, if applicable, address/service details), to coordinate the appointment and prepare the service.
5.3 Sending e-mails (WP Mail SMTP - Google/Gmail)
We use WP Mail SMTP with Google/Gmail (SMTP) to send emails via the website. This involves processing email content and technical metadata (e.g. sender/recipient, time) are processed for delivery.
5.4 WhatsApp chat
If you contact us via WhatsApp chat, your telephone number and the content of your message will be processed via WhatsApp. Please note that communication via WhatsApp is subject to the WhatsApp/Meta privacy policy.
6. web analytics and tag management
6.1 Google Tag Manager (GTM4WP)
We use Google Tag Manager to manage website tags. The Tag Manager serves as a technical integration layer. It can be used to load other services that can in turn process data.
6.2 Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to analyze and improve the use of the website. Cookies and similar technologies may be used for this purpose, to collect information about user behavior (e.g. pages visited, length of visit, technical information).

7. google maps (contact page)
Google Maps is integrated on our contact page via an Elementor widget. When the map is called up, data (in particular IP address and technical information) may be transmitted to Google and processed there. Google may use cookies for this purpose.
8. language / translations
TranslatePress
We use TranslatePress to provide content in multiple languages. Technical data (e.g. language setting) can be processed in the process, to display the desired language version.
9. cookies, cache and technical storage
We use technically necessary cookies and cache technologies (e.g. LiteSpeed Cache) to make the website stable, fast and secure. Depending on the services used (e.g. analytics/maps), cookies may also be set for analysis or functional purposes. You can manage cookies in your browser; please note that this may restrict individual functions.
10. transfer abroad
Depending on the services used, data may also be processed outside Switzerland (e.g. by providers such as Google or Cloudflare). We ensure that - where necessary - appropriate protective measures are in place (e.g. contractual and technical measures).
